Designed by architect Tristan Auer, the Raku valet, Benedict, is perfect for hanging clothes and hold small objects in its pin-tray.
The shiny enamel was tailored especially from colour samples. The careful layout allowed for the Raku pieces to be placed and held without a joint. The pin-tray is voluntarily left without enamel with a matte black finish. Its "raw" aspect is contrasted by a work on the material's texture. The frame and cross are made of aluminum with a multidirectional finish and were produced by the Ateliers Bataillard.
The valet was first presented in the Maison & Objet show of September 2017 and was visible on the stand of the year's creator: Tristan Auer.
