Tristan Auer, interior designer, accepted the mission of reinventing the codes of the parisian brasserie restaurant Astair, installed in the beautiful passage des panoramas street.
He chose Fabienne L'Hostis for the creation of 16 raku ceramic panels (5 ecru raku tiles) to dress the tables of the restaurant.
As for the menu, chef Gilles Goujon takes over in the kitchen of this parisian restaurant. It is the 1st time that the 3 Michellin starred Chef invests himself in a project outside his home land, the Aude. The stars of the menu are revisits of traditional dishes and grilled meats.
