The architect, Tristan Auer, handpicked Fabienne L'Hostis Raku ceramics for his design of the Scribe Hotel. One of Paris' 5 star palaces, completely renovated in 2019.
Each of the 217 rooms, suites and duplex contains a coffee table in perfect harmony with the decoration of the palace.
The design, the generous dimensions and the finish of the Raku table tops make these tables as the centerpiece of the room's decor.
These different coffee tables are the result of a fruitful collaboration, from research on the colours, work on the materials (particularly the thickness of the table tops with a rounded edge), to the different types of cracks on the raku tiles composing each.
